Automated Sheet Metal Warehouse
A single-tower automated warehouse (vertical rack tower) for sheet metal: 11 tiers, storing 2500×1250 mm sheets, load up to 3 tonnes per tier. Servo drive, touch control panel and CNC provide fully automatic sheet intake and output with no operator in the work zone.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the building height and foundation requirements?
Minimum ceiling height 5.9 m: at an overall equipment height of 5025 mm, 875 mm is reserved at the top for installation and maintenance. The floor must be level concrete capable of carrying the static and dynamic load of the fully loaded warehouse; the foundation design is provided at the quotation stage.
Is a separate operator required?
No. The warehouse runs automatically under Omron CNC control. The operator calls the required tier on the touch panel; the servo drive does the rest. Teach-in mode lets you flexibly set positioning points without programming.
Can it be integrated with a laser cutting machine?
Yes. The structure is designed to interface with laser cutters and automatic sheet feeding. The standard configuration does not require separate single-sheet gripping — automation is limited to layer intake/output; integration with the cutting system is discussed individually.
What is included in the warranty and maintenance?
12-month warranty from acceptance: free repair or replacement of components for a factory defect (excluding delivery cost). Consumables (sensors, buttons) and user-caused damage are charged separately. After warranty — lifetime 7×24 support, paying only for parts and travel.
