What are the floor and space requirements?
The floor must be level and hard. In front of the rack you must leave a pull-out zone at least as deep as the rack — for the drawer to fully extend. On uneven floors or under heavy loads, V-shaped steel rollers on corner guides are used.
Is an overhead crane mandatory?
Yes. Retrieving a sheet from the vertical drawer is done by a crane, bridge crane or vacuum lifter mounted above the rack. Without overhead lifting equipment, correct and safe operation is impossible.
What is the load range per drawer?
The standard configuration is 300–800 kg per drawer. The reinforced version with V-rollers and corner guides reaches 1100 kg. Cell width adjusts from 30 to 125 mm to suit your sheet thickness and format.
Can the dimensions be customised for my workshop?
Yes, all dimensions are customizable: height, width, number of tiers and bins, cell width. The system is engineered around the format of your sheet, ceiling height and type of lifting equipment. Bolted knock-down construction — convenient for container transport and on-site installation.
