Can several racks be connected together?
Yes. The side triangular ribs have mounting holes through which bays are joined into a single row — this improves stability and lets you expand the system as the warehouse grows.
Is it suitable for a forklift?
No. The rack is designed mainly for manual loading and unloading of pallets; there are no fork pockets. This lowers cost and simplifies the structure when storing light and medium round stock.
How are bars and tubes secured?
Every pallet is fitted with perimeter angle limiters that prevent round stock from rolling and falling during storage and handling. Additionally, the pallet has 4 support beams to prevent deformation under load.
Can it be disassembled for shipping?
Yes, the frame is fully knock-down: pallets stack, frames break into nodes. 5 kits pack into 1950×1150×1600 mm (1 unit) plus 5 units of 1150×600×700 mm, total mass about 2.6 tonnes — ideal for container shipping.
